Real Help wih Feeding
So You Can Focus on the Snuggles
(and Maybe One Hot Coffee)
You brought home a tiny human…
and suddenly, feeding feels like an Olympic sport you didn’t sign up for.
Sleepless nights.
A latch that won’t cooperate.
Pump parts you’ve never heard of.
Worry mountains bigger than your diaper bag.
Imagine this instead:
Your baby feeding without pain
Confident milk supply (yes, please!)
A calm routine that actually works for your life
A fed, happy baby and a less frazzled you
That’s what gentle, judgment-free lactation support can do
…and why Spokane moms love working with me.

FAQs
What if I’m not breastfeeding exclusively?
Totally fine. Whether you’re nursing, pumping, combo-feeding, or doing formula with a side of “what the heck am I doing,” I support you, not just one feeding style.
Do you offer virtual lactation visits?
Yes! I offer virtual consults for families who don’t need hands-on support or live outside Spokane. It’s like FaceTime, but with fewer toddler interruptions (hopefully).
How soon should I book after baby is born?
If you’re struggling or in pain, sooner is better. Ideally, we connect within the first 3–5 days if issues show up—but you can book support any time postpartum (even if baby’s not technically a baby anymore).
Can you help me before baby arrives?
Absolutely! Prenatal lactation prep is one of the best-kept secrets. We go over latch, pumping, supply basics, and what to expect so you're not Googling “what’s a letdown” at 2am.
Will you judge me if I decide to stop breastfeeding?
Nope. Not for one second. I believe fed is best, supported is better, and moms deserve care regardless of how they feed their baby.
Ready for Feeding Confidence?
If feeding has felt harder than you expected, let’s fix that—together.
No judgment. No shame. Just support…and maybe a laugh or two along the way.
